DESIGN PROCESS

There is no monopoly on creativity in the studio. When we invent, we stay as open as possible; when we edit, we apply rigor. Anyone can bring an idea — what matters is why we keep it.Our process is evolutionary: many proposals are born in design meetings, and only the ones that survive critique pass their attributes to the next round. Buildings and cities should evolve the same way life does — through excess, selection, and time.
